My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our first anniversary in Mexico, and I chose the adults only all-inclusive Hyatt Zilara. From the moment you step into the resort, you are enveloped in a world of uncompromising luxury and convenience. Their all-inclusive package includes gourmet dining, premium beverages, and 24-hour in-suite dining, ensuring that every craving is catered to with finesse.

The resort offers a variety of lavish accommodations, including stunning suites with mesmerizing views of the Caribbean Sea. Our room was huge, with very comfy plush king bed and pillows, a walk-in shower, 3 sinks, and our absolute favorite was the hot tub in the room facing the sea view. Our balcony was beyond description. We slept with the curtains opened so we could see the water right as we woke up. Room service was fast, and we were literally treated like royalty. All of the staff are very hospital and courteous!

Another highlight of the Hyatt Zilara Cancun experience is the diverse and exceptional culinary offerings. Whether it’s a romantic dinner at the oceanfront restaurant, a casual beachside lunch, or a sumptuous buffet spread, the dining options are sure to delight even the most discerning palates. I’ve never had such diversity in cuisines at one place before. We had pizzas by the pool, breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. We even had sushi and teppanyaki (those need reservations). There’s also plenty of shows every night, including live music and cultural dances from all over the world.

My absolute favorite entertainment was the pool foam party! Nothing beats singing and dancing in the sun while sipping on watermelon margaritas. The party vibes were awesome!

For those seeking relaxation, you can pamper yourself with a blissful massage, unwind in the hydrotherapy circuit, or take part in wellness activities designed to soothe the mind, body, and spirit. While we didn’t participate in any of those, I wish we did, so take advantage of the options while you’re there! There’s also a bunch of stores that you can shop at, a night club, and a whole lot of water sports from jet skiing to parasailing!
